Determining your Requirements

Whether you have a formal brief / RfP document, or just a general idea of your requirements, we provide a full proposal and specification for your website, covering how we will approach the project in terms of the features/functionality of the site - and its visual design.

Graphical Design

The first stage is for us to develop a visual design for the website, based on your existing (or new) company branding and previously-expressed requirements. The design of the site needs to reflect your company image and appeal to your target market. Our talented graphic designers will produce concepts and designs for the layout of your site - and then work with you to amend / re-design as necessary until we have an overall layout and theme that you are happy with.

Site Build and Content

Once a website design is finalised, we then build the rest of the pages required on the site, working with the content that you provide - or using our own web copy-writing skills to create new content for you where required. When the client provides the content, we provide advice and guidance on the best way to structure and word this appropriately for optimum web usability and search-engine optimisation. The site is built on our development web server - hidden from public view, but enabling you to view its progress throughout.

User Acceptance Testing and Refinement

Once the site pages are built, with their required content, the client tests the site and requests whatever alterations may be required, generally through a process of consultation with our project manager and designer.

Launch

When the client has confirmed satisfaction and signed-off the new website, we will make it live on the web for public view.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

We provide a full support and maintenance service as standard with all our website design and builds. This includes ongoing changes to the site, additions, amendments - and full technical support with daily backups.
